Sim Account Management:

• Sims can be classified as adults
• Upgrades are one-way (can upgrade to higher version, cannot downgrade)
• Unauthorized activities will result in:
• First occurrence: Warning
• Repeated occurrence: Sim closure without refund

Payment and Account Status:

• Late payments: Tolerated up to 1 week
• After 1 week: Sim taken offline (backup access retained)
• After 1 month of non-payment: All data deleted
