1. Service description

Sunlight-Region provides virtual simulator region hosting services on OSgrid.

2. Eligibility

By using this service, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Restrictions and prohibited uses

• Clubs / Shops: Allowed, limited to one (1) per owner.
• Child avatars: Strictly prohibited.
• Farms: Prohibited.
• Pets: Allowed with reasonable usage.
• Any illegal, abusive, or disruptive activity is prohibited.

4. Simulator management

• Regions may be classified as adult.
• Upgrades are allowed; downgrades are not.
• Any abuse may result in suspension or termination.

5. Payment terms

• All services are billed in advance.
• Late payments are tolerated for up to seven (7) days.
• After seven (7) days, the simulator may be taken offline.
• After one (1) month of non-payment, all data may be permanently deleted.

6. Right of withdrawal

• EU consumers normally benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal.
• You expressly request the immediate start of the service.
• A proportional amount may be charged if withdrawal occurs after activation.
• Once the service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal is lost.

7. International users

• Outside the EU, no automatic right of withdrawal applies.
• Services are provided with informed consent.

8. Refund policy

• Any rental period that has started is non-refundable.
• One paid month equals one non-refundable month.
• No refund will be issued in the following cases:
  • Change of mind.
  • Early termination requested by the customer.
  • Violation of these terms.
  • Sanctions or bans issued by OSgrid.

9. Exceptional service failure

• Service unavailability exceeding four (4) consecutive days.
• Compensation is limited to the unused service period.
• No full refund will be granted.

10. Backups and data

• Automatic backups are provided as a safety measure.
• Restore points are limited to two (2) days.
• The customer remains responsible for their content.

11. Limitation of liability

• Obligation of means, not of result.
• No liability for indirect damages or virtual asset loss.
• No liability for failures caused by OSgrid or third parties.

12. Suspension and termination

• The service may be suspended or terminated in case of abuse.
• No refund will be issued in such cases.

13. Personal data

• Only strictly necessary data is collected.
• No personal data is sold.
• Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data.

14. Modification of terms

• These terms may be updated at any time.
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Applicable law and jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by French law.
• Jurisdiction is assigned to the courts of the company�s registered office.
