Terms of Service for Simulator Region Hosting

Restrictions and Prohibitions:

Clubs/Shops: Allowed But 1 per owner in all simulators he rent on our compagny

Child Avatars: Prohibited

Farms: Prohibited

Pets: Allowed with limited usage (avoid abuse ~ 20 in the simulators in max)

Sim Account Management:

Sims can be classified as adults

Upgrades are one-way (can upgrade to higher version, cannot downgrade)

Unauthorized activities will result in:

First occurrence: Warning

Repeated occurrence: Sim closure without refund

Payment and Account Status:

Late payments:

Tolerated up to 1 week

After 1 week: Sim taken offline (backup access retained)

After 1 month of non-payment: All data deleted
